Terms and Conditions

An order is confirmed when we send you a written acknowledgement (by email, WhatsApp, or in person) and you pay the required deposit. Quotes provided through the website estimator or by our team are indicative. A confirmed price is issued only after we review your full specifications.

We reserve the right to decline any order. If we cannot fulfil an order we will refund any payment received in full.

It is your responsibility to confirm all specifications before production begins: sizes, quantities, colours, logo files, and delivery details. Changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs and delay delivery.

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written order confirmation has been issued.

We require a 50% deposit before production begins. The balance is due on or before collection or delivery. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash. Personal or company cheques are not accepted.

For orders placed through our website quote form, our team will send you a confirmed price and payment instructions within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Standard production time is 72 hours from receipt of full payment. Orders over 100 pieces may require up to 7 working days. We will confirm the expected completion date when your order is acknowledged.

Delivery within Nairobi is available for an additional fee confirmed at the time of order. Orders outside Nairobi are dispatched by courier at the customer's cost and risk. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for any loss arising from late delivery unless caused by our direct negligence.

Custom-branded or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or materially different from what was confirmed in writing.

If you receive defective goods, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the defect. We will inspect the claim and, where the defect is confirmed, repair, replace, or refund the affected items at our discretion.

Off-the-shelf items may be exchanged within 7 days if unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds on off-the-shelf items unless they are defective.

Sizing discrepancies resulting from measurements you provided are not defects. Please check your size requirements carefully before confirming your order.

By submitting a logo, crest, or other artwork for use on your order, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that artwork. Global Uniforms Ltd will not be liable for any intellectual property claims arising from artwork submitted by customers.

We do not reproduce third-party registered trademarks or brand marks without authorisation from the rights holder.
